AG Panell - Fencing & Gates Website

A business website for a Kosovo fencing and gate installation company. The site shows the product range and turns visitors into quote requests.

Overview

AG Panell sells and installs fencing panels and automated gates across Kosovo. They needed a website that could do the selling for them: show the product range clearly, build trust quickly, and make it easy to ask for a quote. I built the site from scratch as a client project, with all content in Albanian for the local market.

What the site does

Everything on the site serves one of three goals: showcase products, establish credibility, or generate leads.

  • Product pages for 2D panels, 3D panels, sliding gates, and automatic gates, each with specs, materials, and use cases
  • A service area section covering 15+ Kosovo municipalities, including Prishtinë, Prizren, Pejë, and Gjilan
  • A quote request form where clients describe their project and get a detailed offer within 24 hours
  • A free on-site measurement offer repeated on key pages to lower the barrier to reaching out
  • A mobile-first layout, since most visitors browse on their phones

Stack

  • Framework: Next.js 15, React 18
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS
  • SEO: Static site generation, local business structured data, semantic HTML
  • Deployment: Netlify with Git-based continuous deployment

What I learned

Businesses that sell physical products live or die by how well the website conveys quality. For AG Panell that came down to information hierarchy: the right specs visible at a glance, clear signals about material quality, and a quote flow that feels fast instead of bureaucratic. One concrete takeaway is that a short, well-placed call to action consistently beats a detailed form buried on a contact page.
